CBSE UGC NET 2017

The Central Board of Secondary Education will be going to conduct the National Eligibility Test to select candidates for the Teaching staff on behalf of UGC that is University Grants Commission. This is an offline exam which the authority conducts twice in a year that is in the month of January and July to make the selection of the candidate for the post of Junior Research Fellowship and for Assistant Professor posts. Candidates who are awarded the Junior Research Fellowship will be eligible for doing research in their PG Program from well-known institutes including IITs or other reputed national organizations. UGC NET Answer Key 2017

Soon after the exam gets over, the authority will soon release the answer key for the CBSE UGC NET 2017 Exam. UGC NET Result 2017

The candidate can check the UGC NET 2017 Exam Result available on its official website by entering few details including the roll number and date of birth. To qualify the CBSE UGC NET Exam, the candidate must have to score good marks in the Exam. The authority will declare the cutoff on its official website. Eligibility Criteria for CBSE UGC NET 2017-2018

Qualification Required:

Candidate who wants to apply for CBSE UGC NET 2017 Exam must have Master’s Degree with score of 55% from any state and centrally recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the CBSE UGC NET Exam whereas if the candidate’s master degree was completed by 19th September 1991, then also the authority will give 5% relaxation on the aggregate marks.

Age Limit:

The age of the candidate for Junior Research Fellowship is 28 years as on the date 1st July 2017 whereas the age relaxation will be given to the candidates of up to 5 years who belongs to the reserved category. Apart from this, the age relaxation will be given to the candidate who possesses M. Degree of up to 3 years and for the candidates who has research experience.

Application Fees:

For General category candidate, the application fees for applying UGC NET is 600INR and 300INR for OBC category candidate whereas 150INR for the reserved category candidate.
