Railway eligibility criteria for the post of Ticket Collector:

Qualification: Candidates who passed 12th with 50% from any recognized board or institution are eligible to apply for the post of Ticket Collector. Candidate must pass class 12th or have a diploma degree or any equivalent degree. The graduate students can also apply for the post of Ticket collector.

Age limit: Candidate must be between 18-30 years old, for reserved categories age relaxation is provided as per the Government norms.

Expected Salary of Ticket Collector post:

Presently Ticket collector gets Sixth Pay Commission of Rs-5200-20200/ but after the introduction of Seventh Pay Commission the basic salary will be 15,000/ and the total allowances will be around 32,000.

Application fees for Ticket collector:

A candidate who wants to apply for the job will have to pay for the application fees of Rs-100/. Candidate can pay the amount through net banking, debit, credit card through online payment.  ST/SC/Women do not have to pay any application fees. Further notification on the application will be updated and released later.

 RRB Ticket Collector exam pattern:

RRB ticket collector exam will consist of 150 questions, Ticket collector exam will be held on various topics such as General knowledge, Arithmetic, Aptitude, Mathematics, General English. RRB exams are CBT (Computer Based Test) which are held online.
