REAP Counselling 2017
The last date for the registration process has been extended til 30th June 2017. Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process is also called as REAP and is organized by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. REAP 2017 is conducted for the admission to an undergraduate program like B.E./ B.Tech and B. Arch programs issued by various Government aided and Private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan (except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed and Private Universities). Aspirants who are Rajasthan domicile and Kashmiri Migrants will be considered eligible for registration in REAP. REAP Application Form 2017
Candidates are informed that no separate entrance test is conducted for providing admission to engineering colleges of Rajasthan. Admission will be done either through JEE Main 2017 or class 12th merit. Applicants are required to fill the online application form for REAP admission 2017. REAP application form 2017 is available from 15th May 2017 to 30th June 2017 through online mode. Don’t send the print out of application form to the REAP office. REAP Counselling 2017 is conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. Counseling is organized either on the basis of applicant’s rank in JEE Main 2017 (if any) or applicant’s mark in class 12th. The counseling will be conducted in three rounds. Applicants have to lock their choices for branch and college before appearing in the counseling process. During online/ choice filling, applicants have to pay Rs. 10,000. This fee is fully adjustable in case admission is taken at the allotted Institute (Admitted).
Candidates need to submit the application fee of Rs. 700/-. Payment can be done through e-Mitra/CSC kiosk center recognized by the Government of Rajasthan.
Reservation of Seats:
As per the rules and regulations of the Govt. of Rajasthan, Reservation of seats is as follows:
- For SC applicants: 16%
- For ST applicants: 12%
- For OBC-NCL applicants: 21%
- For NCL-SBC applicants: 1%
- For PWD applicants: 3%
- For Women applicants: 25%
- For Dependants of Defence Killed/ Ex-servicemen / Gallantry award winner: 3%

Two separate merit lists will be prepared, first merit list is based on JEE Main 2017 scores and second merit list is prepared on the XII percentile basis. After the declaration of merit list, choice for the option filling will be conducted. At the time of option filling, applicants have to deposit Rs. 10,000/-. Applicants can fill their options either on the basis of JEE Mains score (Merit-1) or Percentile of 10+2 exam (Merit-2). 50% seats in the engineering colleges of Rajasthan will be filled through JEE Main 2017 and rest of the 50% seats on the basis of class 12th merit.
